By using Fazly, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose — no fine print designed to trick you.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fazly on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.
Subscriptions & in-app purchases
Premium features may be offered via auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store / Play Store account settings.
No refunds are issued by Fazly directly — please contact Apple or Google support.
Free trial terms, if offered, are disclosed at the point of sale.
What you must not do
Upload photos of anyone without their explicit consent.
Upload illegal content, including content depicting minors in any non-medical context.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our scoring models.
Use Fazly to make medical, dating, hiring, or any high-stakes decisions about another person.

Liability
