Privacy Policy.
Fazly is built around one rule: your face is yours. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to delete it.
What we collect
Selfies — the photos you upload to be analyzed. Stored in encrypted object storage only as long as needed to deliver your scan results.
Scan results — your numeric scores, breakdown, and glow-up plan. Tied to a device-generated anonymous ID, not to a name or email.
Device & app data — OS version, app version, language, country code, crash logs, anonymous usage events. We use this to fix bugs and improve the app.
Purchase data — subscription receipt info if you subscribe. We never see your card details; the platform handles that.
What we never do
We do not train AI models on your selfies or scan results.
We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
We do not share your photos with third parties beyond the AI inference partners that generate your scan, and only for the seconds it takes to compute your result.
AI processing & third parties
When you submit a scan, your selfies (front, right, left) and your onboarding answers (gender, goals, focus areas) are processed by our AI inference partners — one for face analysis (which returns your numeric score, category breakdown, and personalized routine) and one for safety / NSFW moderation.
These transfers happen over HTTPS. Partners process your photos to compute your result and return data within seconds; per their commercial agreements, neither retains the inputs nor uses them to train AI models.
We do not send your data to any other third party. We do not sell, share, or rent your photos or scores.
You explicitly consent to this processing in-app before your first scan, and you can revoke consent at any time by deleting the app or emailing privacy@fazly.app.
Retention & deletion
Selfies are deleted from our storage when you delete the scan in-app.
Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Email privacy@fazly.app to request a full export or deletion of your data.
Children
Fazly is rated 12+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used Fazly, contact us and we will delete the associated data.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data. Email privacy@fazly.app and we will respond within 30 days.
