Privacy Policy.
Fazly is built around one rule: your face is yours. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to delete it.
What we collect
Selfies — the photos you upload to be analyzed. Stored on our infrastructure (Cloudflare R2, encrypted at rest) only as long as needed to deliver your scan results.
Scan results — your numeric scores, breakdown, and glow-up plan. Tied to a device-generated anonymous ID, not to a name or email.
Device & app data — OS version, app version, language, country code, crash logs, anonymous usage events. We use this to fix bugs and improve the app.
Purchase data — RevenueCat receipt info if you subscribe. We never see your card details; Apple/Google handle that.
What we never do
We do not train AI models on your selfies or scan results.
We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
We do not share your photos with third parties beyond the inference provider that generates your scan (Google Gemini and fal.ai), and only for the seconds it takes to compute your result.
Retention & deletion
Selfies are deleted from our storage when you delete the scan in-app.
Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Email privacy@fazly.app to request a full export or deletion of your data.
Children
Fazly is rated 12+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used Fazly, contact us and we will delete the associated data.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data. Email privacy@fazly.app and we will respond within 30 days.
