How accurate is the scan?

Fazly uses a vision model trained to evaluate symmetry, proportions, jawline definition, and skin clarity. Like any AI, it works best with clear, well-lit, neutral-expression selfies. Results vary with lighting, angle, and image quality.

How do I delete a scan?

Open the scan, tap the menu icon, choose Delete scan. The image is removed from our storage immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Fazly → Cancel.

Android: Play Store → Profile → Subscriptions → Fazly → Cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by Fazly directly. Use the App Store or Play Store help flow to request one.

I forgot my account / lost my data

Fazly uses device-based anonymous accounts — there is no email or password. If you delete the app or change devices without restoring iCloud / Google backup, scan history may be lost.
